§ 1 Forumrules

§1.1 Insults

Flames are't acceptable in our forum and will beterminated by the admins or mods without any request.
Furthermore a message with an admonition will be sent to the author.
If this incident repeats the team reserves the rights for an admonishment or a ban.

§1.2 Profile violation

The GNRC reserves the rights to admonish the user if there would be disorienting data or data that used for purposes other than intended. The user has to change the
data immediately. A second admonition will be extended if it should not happen immedeately.
A ban from the community would be the consequence by further disregard. If a user entered racist or sexist content a direct ban would be the consequence.
The same circumstance would be executed if the user avartar has sexist / racist symbols or designs.

§1.3 glorification of drugs / violence / extremist body of thought

Courting and advertising of drugs is forbidden.Exempted from this circumstances are objective discussions about the topic.
Forwarding to discirminating or glorifying volienced content or pages is strictly forbidden,
also the distribution of extremist body of thought.The disregard of this rules leads to a ban after a admonition.

§1.4 Spamming

Spamming are posts with unimportant or needless content, posts without sense and posts that only be used to increase the posting number.
Spamming isn't acceptable in our forum and will be terminated by the admins or mods without any request.

§1.5 Searching function

To guarantee the clarity of the forum it is important that nobody opens redundant posts/threads.
The searching function will help you to find already existing topics. Every forum member has to use it.
Twin posts should be avoided, by using the "edit post" button. Posts which are older than days, weeks or months are exepted from this rule.

§1.6 Descritpion of threads

Useful names are recommended to reach a maximum nuber of members. Don't use names like " Helpppppppp" or " i have a question". Try to write in a intellectual style,
that every user has the chance to understand your post. Admins and Mods got the rights to rename your posts with wrong descrpition.
Please do not use a different font size than Arial 10pt

§1.7 Irony and sarcasm

Watch out using irony and sarcasm. Mark your ironic and sarcastic content to get no misunderstandings.
In a written document you can't see mimik and gesture which u could use at a normal talk.Concern this.
The most important point is : Think first than write the post.

§1.8 Tags

Use tags as few as possbile. If a tag is required just add the description in brackets behind. Please relinquish "Chatspeak".
Only with precise articulation is it possible to have a good conversation.

§1.9 Old threads

Please do not post in old threads which are finished already.

§1.10 Multiple accounts

The registration of multiple accounts isn't acceptable.

§2Communityrules

§2.1 Definition of "a fair player or clan"

A player or clan can only join the community if he or it exposes as fair.
the following point may not happen or hadn't happened yet.

• Drop ( intentional cutting of the internet connection )

• Freeze (freezing of the monitor )

• Programcheating (changing of files at the workspace or in the game direcotries )

• Flaming ( insults at the ESO platform)

Furthermore players that adhere to agreed non adjustable rules .
For example Half Map, no Blockade, No War Ships, No Rush...

§2.2 Application in the community

All communication methods can be used to apply to the GNRC. After an inquisition a rejection or acceptance will be accorded.
Every clan with more than four members can apply to the GNRC. The application has to be sent from the clanleader.
If the clanleader won't join the GNRC and some clanmembers want, they got the possibility apply at [url]www.gnrc.de[/url] with the application form.
In common a application for all players is necessary for all players who aren't members of a partner clan.
Players who are member of one of our partner clans can simply registrate in our forum, because they're already member.
A registration at the forum is free and isn't essential.

§2.3 Headhunting

Headhunting from players in the clans of the commmunity is forbidden and will be admonished by the admins.
After the next admonition the clan will be banned. The only exemption exist if a player changes a clan on his own free will.

§2.4Circumvention of a partnership

Only clans without players on the GNRC Blacklist can be partnerclans of the community.
Fair members of the clan can simply registrate at the forum. They have no voice and aren't allowed to advertise with the name GNRC.

§2.5 Report of unfair community members

Evidences against a unfair community member have to be posted at the Blacklist section "Information about unfair players".
Screenshots or recorded games have to be listed. All members of the community are able to react to the accusation.
The team reserves the rights to close an non objective discussion and the rights to find an end in the internal section.

§3. Ban and reopening

§3.1 Exhortation / Admonition / Ban

Based on the dimension of the delinquency exhortations, admonitions or a ban are the consequences.
After powerful contraventions a ban can follow directly. Even the passed behaviour pattern of a clan or player or user can be adducted.
A Ban or Admonition is always the conseuqence of majority vote.

§3.2 Reopening of banned users or clans

A reopening of a clan or player will be discussed with the whole GNRC Team. A majority vote decides the next steps.
The main waiting time for the decision can be one week. A second chance is for everyone possible, but a third be beyond all questions.

§4 Ending disposition

§4.1 Comming into effect of forumchanges

This rules coming into effect with its day of publication. Changing possibilities to this rules can be sent to the admin.
The GNRC Team represents to change to rephase or to adapt the rules.
Every member has the possibility to inform itsself at this page about the current rules.

§4.2Disclaimer

Comments of the admins and mods occur in all conscience.
We disapprove any resposibility for damages or any other disadvantages from false information.
